Sports Day is open to Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers.

There are several events to take part in, split into two categories (the Beavers only have one category), track and field.

Track events include 100m, 200m and 400m. The Cubs have different track events to the other sections such as skipping, sack race and three-legged race. Field events include long jump, high jump and shot putt. The Beavers have different events to the other sections.

There is also an invitiation mile that is open to everyone of Scout age and above, even parents and helpers.
