Information on the number of boys and girls, in each section, in each Group, is collected every 3 months.

These figures should be sent to Darren no later than:

• 15th April
• 15th July
• 15th October

There is a national Scout census every January. This collects more details than the District's internal quarterly census and forms the basis of the Scout Associations figures and calculations for items such as capitation. These figures are sent to HQ. They can be completed on the official forms or via the national website.
