This event costs the district around £50. All donations are welcome
The Mark Sutton Competition is a test of Scouting Skills. It is open to Patrols from all Troops in the District (Troops may even enter more than one patrol with the permission of the ADC) and is a good experience for Scouts of all Scouting abilities.
Only 4 of the Patrol count towards the final score so it is an ideal opportunity for additional members to gain experience without being under pressure.
Skills tested include cooking, compass, map, knots and first aid.
